A pleasant 3-star exceptionally good value hotel with a - I think unique - free car park, just 20 minutes walk + 23 minutes train ride from central London. The friendly and helpful staff were very patient with me when I miss-entered my card pin, resulting in my card being blocked and having to call my bank to get it unblocked before being able to pay the £99.00 bill for my room. My single room number 103 was quite small - barely barely two and a half by six meters including the bathroom - but quite cozy. It had everything necessary for a short stay though there was no fridge and no safe. I also don't much like hotel rooms with carpented floors. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was well sound proofed and the blind was effective. Lighting was adequate apart from in the bathroom where, if you put the light on, a ventilation fan started: a rather noisy fan which went on for quite a few minutes after you had finished in the bathroom and turned the light off. Also inconvenient was the constant dripping noise from the toilet cistern - but they said they would fix that by the time you go there as I did report it. The shower was tiny - barely 70 by 70 cm - with a fixed shower head set high up on one wall. However, the shower controls worked well giving a constant temperature and water flow. Breakfast, which was £14.95, was generous and would have put many hotels with breakfast charges of £20.00 or more to shame, though the claim of freshly pressed juices certainly didn't apply to my orange juice and I don't count coffee from a big tank as 'freshly brewed'. When I was there, the restaurant was closed in the evening, though there was a sign in the room saying that the hotel worked with Deliveroo and would provide crockery and cutlery for meals ordered from local restaurants. I didn't try this out however as the purpose of my stay was to have dinner with friends that I hadn't seen for more than 10 years.

We've stayed here at least twice before and we love it here. We stay at this hotel as my parents live not far and don't have the facilities to stay at their house. The staff are ALWAYS fantastic! I cannot stress that enough. They are amazingly polite and helpful to every need (we are disabled: Autistic and ADHD). The short conversations we're able to cope with, are always received with calmness and genuine jovial replys. The rooms are very clean, well stocked and for the price and location, the rooms are comfortable and well designed. The TV is HUGE! We can't afford much, so get the smallest rooms, it's important to note it's modest and not cluttered. We always plug our laptop into the TV and there's no codes or proprietary lockout software (we've stayed at other brand hotels that have had this), so we can watch our Netflix using the reasonable hotel Wi-Fi. Parking is limited, but we stay there out of season and haven't had an issue yet (parking isn't guaranteed, understandably). It's safe and secure and a vehicle cannot leave without them noting the car and operator for added safety and security. Absolutely love this hotel and cannot recommend it enough.

The room was clean and comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. When we requested an ironing board it was with us in a couple of minutes. A great location with plenty of things to do locally. Parking was free and we were allowed to stay in the car park after we checked out on Sunday as we were going into London.(Thank you Salama..I hope that’s the right spelling) The tube station is a 10 minute walk away and gets you into London with no bother. We did not have breakfast or use the bar facilities so unable to comment or score them. Overall a great stay, and although we used it as a base to travel into London, we would definitely recommend Wimbledon as a place to visit too. We will be back.

A very clean and tidy hotel. The bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was nice addition to the room. Water temperature in the shower was very good. Nice selection of teas and coffees in room. You could order delivery Of food from outside of hotel and hotel provided plates etc. You can eat it in your room or in the bar downstairs.Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A wide variety of food to choose from at breakfast. Catering for all tastes. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to public transport. ( Ten minute walk from the station and underground into London.)

On several visits to London over recent years I've chosen to stay at the Antoinette Wimbledon. Comfortable room (for a 3-star hotel), nice staff, well located (Underground at South Wimbledon tube station & Wimbledon station Underground, trams & regional rail) 10-20 mins walk, & frequent buses at bus stop right outside hotel.) And for London, not badly priced. Didn't have breakfast on my last visit, but have had it on past visits. It's an extra (?) £13 - £14 -- but it's substantial, and well worth it, if you've got the time.
